Ken Blanchard and Barbara Glanz
Ken Blanchard is an internationally-known management consultant, organizational leader, teacher, and co-author of The One Minute Manager, which has sold more than seven million copies, and Everyone’s a Coach, with Don Shula. He has written and co-authored numerous other books, including The Power of Ethical Management with Norman Vincent Peale. Along with his wife Marjorie, he founded Blanchard Training and Development, Inc., in 1979 and have consulted for Disney, Honda, Kodak, the Gap, and other companies.
