Dean Sluyter
Dean Sluyter has taught meditation throughout the United States for over 30 years
and is a leading innovator in the use of meditative techniques in education. His
books have been featured in the New York Times and USA Today, and his workshops and talks cover such far-ranging topics as “Shakespeare’s Cosmic Vision” and “Would the Buddha Carry a Palm Pilot?” He is practice leader of the New Jersey Dzogchen Center, chief meditation instructor of Aikido Schools of New Jersey, a faculty member of The Pingry School and New York Open Center, and an award-winning former film critic.
