Today he is nationally recognized in the holistic health field for popularizing Ayurveda, India’s ancient system of natural healing and one of the fastest forms of alternative treatment in America. Through his extensive research and teachings-he has taught at Tufts and Boston University Medical Schools-Dr. Chopra has discovered practical and achievable skills that enable people to take control of their lives, remain more robust and youthful as they age, and access the body’s unlimited natural pharmacy-the keys to perfect health and total well-being. Dr. Chopra is the author of several audio books Ageless Body-Timeless Mind, Magical Mind-Magical Body and The Higher Self.

Andrew Weil, M.D., has devoted the past thirty years to developing, practicing, and teaching others about the principles of integrative medicine. Dr. Weil combines a Harvard education and a lifetime of practicing natural and preventive medicine to provide a unique approach to health care which encompasses body, mind, and spirit.

He is the Founder and Director of the Program in Integrative Medicine (PIM) at the College of Medicine, University of Arizona, where he is also a Clinical Professor of Medicine and Professor of Public Health and the Lovell-Jones Professor of Integrative Rheumatology. Dr. Weil received both his medical degree and his undergraduate AB degree in biology (botany) from Harvard University.

Dean Ornish, MD, is the founder, president, and director of the non-profit Preventive Medicine Research Institute in Sausalito, California, where he holds the Bucksbaum Chair. He is Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Ornish received his medical training from the Baylor College of Medicine, Harvard Medical School, and the Massachusetts General Hospital. He received a BA in Humanities summa cum laude from the University of Texas in Austin, where he gave the baccalaureate address.
